Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. (Waktu check-in dimulai pukul 15.00 WIB, dan waktu check-out adalah pukul 12.00 WIB pada hari keberangkatan.)

Use of Hotel Facilities After Check-out

After check-out at 12:00 PM, registered guests are still welcome to use the available hotel facilities, including the Restaurant, Gym, Swimming Pool, Karaoke, Spa, Theater, and Playground. (Setelah check-out pukul 12.00 WIB, tamu yang terdaftar tetap dapat menggunakan fasilitas hotel yang tersedia, termasuk Restoran, Gym, Kolam Renang, Karaoke, Spa, Theater, dan Playground.)

Prohibited Items

Guests are not permitted to bring fireworks, firecrackers, durian, or pets into the hotel premises. A violation of this policy will be subject to a penalty of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah). (Tamu tidak diperkenankan membawa petasan, kembang api, durian, atau hewan peliharaan ke area hotel. Pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan ini akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp1.000.000 (satu juta rupiah).)

Non-Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and bathrooms are strictly non-smoking areas. Smoking in the room or bathroom will result in a smoking penalty of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah). (Seluruh kamar dan kamar mandi merupakan area bebas rokok. Merokok di dalam kamar atau kamar mandi akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp1.000.000 (satu juta rupiah).)

Room Key / Key Card

Please return the room key/key card to the Receptionist upon check-out. A replacement fee of IDR 100,000 per key card will apply for any lost or damaged key card. (Harap mengembalikan kunci/kartu kunci kamar kepada Resepsionis saat check-out. Kehilangan atau kerusakan kartu kunci akan dikenakan biaya penggantian sebesar Rp100.000 per kartu.)

Loss or Damage to Hotel Property

Registered guests are responsible for any loss of or damage to hotel property caused by the guest's negligence, whether in the guest room or in any internal or external area of the hotel. Any applicable repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest. (Tamu yang terdaftar bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan properti hotel yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian tamu, baik di dalam kamar maupun di area internal atau eksternal hotel. Biaya perbaikan atau penggantian yang berlaku akan dibebankan kepada tamu.)

Mattress & Bed Policy

Guests are not permitted to move the mattress or bed from its original position or place the mattress directly on the floor. A penalty of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) will apply for any violation of this policy. (Tamu tidak diperkenankan memindahkan kasur atau tempat tidur dari posisi semula atau meletakkan kasur langsung di lantai. Pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan ini akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp300.000 (tiga ratus ribu rupiah).)

Breakfast Policy

Breakfast is provided according to the maximum occupancy of the room. If the number of breakfast guests exceeds the room's registered occupancy, additional charges will apply as follows: (Sarapan diberikan sesuai dengan kapasitas maksimal kamar. Apabila jumlah tamu yang menikmati sarapan melebihi kapasitas tamu yang terdaftar di kamar, akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebagai berikut:) - Ages 0–4: Free of charge (Usia 0–4 tahun: Gratis) - Ages 5–9: IDR 75,000 per person (Usia 5–9 tahun: Rp75.000 per orang) - Ages 10 and above: IDR 150,000 per person (Usia 10 tahun ke atas: Rp150.000 per orang)
